We are proud to be a multi-award-winning studio entering our 21st season of inspiring and empowering young dancers. L.A. Dance is unlike any other studio in town — our mission is to help every dancer grow not only in their technique but also in their confidence, discipline, and love for dance.
Our caring and individualized teaching approach ensures each dancer is supported on their journey and challenged to reach their full potential. We emphasize proper technique and foundational skills from the start, and offer classes for all ages and levels. Dancers are thoughtfully placed in appropriate classes that allow them to feel comfortable, grow, and thrive.

Account Access & Online Payments
You may access your account anytime to view your balance, payment history, and upcoming fees. Payments can also be made online.
Visit www.ladanceaz.com and click “Registration/Login” on the homepage. Your login is the email used during registration. If you need help accessing your account or setting a password, please see the front desk.

Studio Rules
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the dance rooms.
• No street shoes in the classrooms. Dance shoes must be worn indoors only and never worn outside.
• In the event of a pandemic or other unforeseen circumstance, all classes will shift to LIVE virtual instruction via Zoom or a similar platform to ensure dancers continue to receive quality training and personalized feedback.

Registration & Tuition
• Registration and first month’s tuition are due at the time of enrollment.
• Tuition is automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month.
• Cash or check payments must be received before the 1st to prevent auto-payment on your card.
• A $35 late fee will apply to any unpaid tuition after the 7th.
• Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance.
• A $35 fee applies to all returned checks.
If a balance is unpaid, students will be removed from classes and will not be allowed to return until the balance is cleared.

Class Placement
All new students begin in a beginning-level class.
Students with prior experience may audition for placement in higher-level classes. Final placement is determined by Lora Wood and is based on ability, not age. Please direct all placement concerns to Lora.

Adding or Dropping a Class
• Add/Drop forms must be completed at the front desk for any changes.
• A 30-day written notice is required to drop a class.
• Without proper notice, tuition will continue to be charged until the written withdrawal is received.
• No refunds or credits are given for dropped classes.

Absences & Make-Ups
• Dancers may make up missed classes (due to illness, emergencies, or personal reasons) within 30 days.
• Make-up classes must be appropriate for the dancer’s age and level.
• All students must check in at the front desk before taking a make-up class.

Recital Information
Our 2026 Summer Recital will be held June 15–17 at Valley Vista Performing Arts Center in Surprise, AZ.
All classes perform in the annual recital. This is a wonderful opportunity for dancers to showcase what they’ve learned throughout the year.
• Recital Fee: $85 per dancer (includes recital T-shirt, medal, action photos, and digital video download)
• Recital Costume Fees: Due in full by December 15th. Costumes are non-refundable and dancers with unpaid costume balances will not be permitted to participate.
Costume Fee Breakdown:
• Combo Classes: $90
• Ages 5–7: $90
• Ages 6–8: $90
• Ages 7–10: $90
• Ages 9–11: $90
• Teen Classes: $90
